		<description>It was a session that showed us how to be more aware of our presence and what it means to be truly present. This involved a series of exercises where we walked around the room, becoming progressively more aware of our bodies and the space around us. The point was that in order to deliver engaging presentations, we need to be present in that room, with that audience.</description>
